Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on 22 November 2025.

We at DailyPause are working to make our site accessible to people with disabilities.

What web accessibility is

An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

DailyPause is committed to making our website accessible to as many people as possible.
We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level, which is the globally recognised standard for accessibility.

Our site has been designed to work with assistive technologies, including screen readers, keyboard navigation, and magnification tools. We aim to make sure all users can navigate, understand, and interact with our content without barriers.

As part of our ongoing accessibility effort, we have:

  • Ensured text contrast meets WCAG accessibility standards

  • Added alternative text to essential images

  • Structured pages with semantic HTML for screen readers

  • Tested layout behaviour on desktop and mobile devices

  • Set the language of the site

  • Set the content order of the site’s pages

  • Defined clear heading structures on all of the site’s pages

  • Implemented colour combinations that meet the required colour contrast

  • Reduced the use of motion on the site
